About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven, people-focused, and business-minded President to join our team. The President will set the company's overall strategic direction, drive growth and profitability, and build and lead a high-performing team. The President will be fully accountable for achieving the company's financial and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in leadership roles, with a passion for driving results, inspiring teams, and creating value through strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Set Strategic Direction: Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans in partnership with the corporate leadership team, establishing clear priorities and positioning the company for continued success.
• Lead and Develop the Team: Build and develop a high-performing management team. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship while supporting leadership development and succession planning across the organization.
• Drive Growth: Lead company-wide growth in alignment with the strategic plan, identifying and pursuing both organic and inorganic opportunities to expand the business.
• Drive Financial Performance: Own company-wide financial performance, including annual budgeting, KPI management, forecasting, and accountability for achieving financial targets.
• Oversee Operations: Provide leadership and oversight across the organization to ensure operational excellence, strong performance, and achievement of strategic goals.
• Build Strong Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with key customers while driving company-wide sales performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer retention.
• Champion Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture built on strong employee relationships, engagement, accountability, and alignment with company values.
• Collaborate Across the Organization: Partner with the broader corporate network to share best practices, improve performance, and identify opportunities across the group
