  • Incorporate SOP-based training, Quality/Safety requirements, and departmental needs into structured learning paths.
  • Ensure learning plans trigger automatically based on job changes, onboarding workflows, or compliance cycles.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to translate training matrices into scalable digital assignments.
Onboarding & New Hire Enablement
  • Support and maintain the New Hire Learning Path to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Manage onboarding-related content including e-learning, checklists, and scheduled courses.
  • Ensure new employees receive timely access to required learning; track completion throughout the probation period.
Training Assignment & Content Management
  • Upload, publish, and maintain learning content (modules, assessments, videos, checklists, job aids).
  • Maintain course catalogs, metadata, competencies, and training requirements.
  • Ensure training assignments meet Quality, Safety, GMP, and regulatory expectations.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports related to compliance, overdue assignments, completion rates, and audit readiness.
  • Provide meaningful training insights to Quality, HR, Safety, Operations, and leadership teams.
  • Analyze learner activity and system usage to support continuous improvement.
  • Support audits by retrieving historical training records and ensuring data integrity.
Cross Functional Partnership & Support
  • Partner with Quality, Safety, HR, Technology, and SMEs to ensure training requirements remain accurate and current.
  • Assist employees and leaders with LMS navigation, troubleshooting, and system questions.
