Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Case Processing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with their immigration applications and ensuring all processes comply with applicable regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under deadlines, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Main Job Duties:

  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the operations of the immigration processing department.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of case processing staff, administrative employees, and file coordinators.
  • Review immigration applications and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Canadian immigration regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement office procedures, workflows, and quality control measures to improve efficiency and maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor application deadlines, submission timelines, and processing updates to ensure timely completion of client files.
  • Train, mentor, and provide guidance to processing staff regarding immigration procedures, documentation requirements, and company policies.
  • Communicate with clients regarding application progress, document requests, and procedural updates in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with government departments, legal representatives, employers, and external agencies regarding immigration matters and file processing.
  • Prepare operational reports, processing statistics, and performance evaluations for senior management.
  • Resolve complex processing issues, client concerns, and administrative problems in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive client information and immigration records.
  • Assist management in developing business strategies, improving client services, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor changes in immigration programs, policies, and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and operational readiness.
  • Participate in recruitment, scheduling, and performance management of processing staff.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for immigration records and company documentation

Successful candidates should have the following attributes:

  • Ability to handle customers in difficult and stressed-out situations with positivity and empathy
  • Must possess strong communication skills; both verbal and written in English (Hindi, Punjabi an asset)
  • 6 to 7 years of experience in immigration
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of immigration documentation, office procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, case management systems, and record-keeping procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
