Position Summary

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional assistance by phone, email, and other communication channels. You will help resolve shipping inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding shipping, transportation, and logistics services.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Investigate shipment issues and coordinate with carriers when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
  • Continuously learn about TotalShip's products and transportation solutions to better support customers.

Qualifications Required

  • Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software.
  • Available and willing to start immediately.

Preferred

  • Experience in the small parcel shipping industry.
  • Experience in the trucking and freight transportation industry.
  • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), shipping software, or logistics operations.
