Store Manager/ Sales Representative/ Estimator
We are looking for an experienced carpenter, framer, or residential construction worker to join our our sales team and to grow our new warehouse in Calgary!

Role and Responsibilities

Specifically we are searching for a hard working sales representative store managerto join and grow with our company by providing material estimates, customer sales visiting installers, educating customers, attractive new contractors and maintain and develop new customer relationships with contractors.

· Primary:

Independent and entrepreneurial attitude and self motivated to grow our new location.

Trustworthy, dependable and committed to serve customers and growth of our establish market.

Previous construction experience is essential, particularly residential experience such as framing, cribbing or Insulated Concrete Forms.

Estimating residential Insulated Concrete Form Foundations and homes using Excel, and accounting software. Providing customers with a detailed break down of the required products for their ICF build

Answer Phone calls to to assist customer by providing, answers related to quotes, typical construction methods, or arranging product orders

Implement marketing strategies to establish

Deliver ICF and Styrofoam products in and around Calgary with cube van

Place orders for materials to suppliers.

Ability and willingness to assist customers or suppliers load/unload trailers when required.

Education Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Residential Construction Experience, particularly with foundation, concrete or and framing experience. Understanding of how to estimate in construction.
  • Experience working in Excel is required.
  • Experience with accounting system such as Quick books, is beneficial but not essential
  • Valid class 5 license (Drivers abstract will be required)
  • High school diploma

Qualifications

Individuals must display:

  • Willing to speak with customers over the phone to provide assistance.

  • Previous construction experience, especially concrete is required
