What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced breakfast server to help us round out our amazing team. The chosen candidate will work with the rest of the Front of House team to execute quality service to our guests in a timely manner. Primary expectations will be to learn and understand our menu, be able to service multiple tables at one time, and have some previous wine knowledge or at least a willingness to learn.

Job Duties:

• Set up and prepare the restaurant for service as well as closing duties
• Take orders and recommend items from the menu to Guests
• Collaborate with Kitchen and Bar Staff regarding orders and operations
• Interact with Guests and answer questions with a positive attitude
• Make sure that all customer needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner
• Responds to customer's needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations
• Provides personalized service and uses the customer's name (where possible)
• Observes customers to ensure satisfaction
• Other related duties and tasks as assigned by Management

What You Need:

• Preferred experience of serving in quality establishments i.e. restaurants, hotels.
• Valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holiday - day shifts
• Available for early morning shifts at 6:00am
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to provide great customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable to both take direction and work unsupervised
• Own transportation an asset as bus service is limited
• Other relate duties and tasks as assigned by Management
