Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Attendant and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. This energetic position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service through meticulous cleaning and custodial care. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will ensure all areas are spotless, organized, and inviting, contributing to an outstanding guest experience every day.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces to uphold hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure availability for guests and staff.
  • Handle waste disposal responsibly and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety protocols during each shift.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain high standards.

Requirements

  • Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or hospitality settings.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
  • Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and work collaboratively.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role.
