Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time Yard Foreman at our Homes by Lake Country location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Supervise department including coordination and delegation of duties.
- Train new team members on procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
- Provide guest service in the yard and on the radio; load and unload merchandise and maintain cleanliness and order of merchandise in the yard.
- Fill orders, receive freight, deliver and unload product, perform inventory counts.
- Build positive relationships with the yard crew, desk and leadership teams.
- Perform customer carry out service and product assembly as assigned.
- Complete required paperwork based on department standards.
- Practice and maintain safe procedures for the handling and stocking of merchandise.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned in all areas of the Home Centre.

You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service:
- Grade 12 or equivalent experience; customer service experience is an asset.
- Experience and knowledge in the building materials industry; estimating and construction experience is an asset.
- Honest and trustworthy, are results- oriented, and strive to be the best in the work that you do.
- Organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Willing to obtain forklift certification.
- Ability to fulfill physical job requirements – standing, working inside and outside, lifting 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
