We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
• Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive product presentation
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Uphold store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Support team members in achieving sales goals through collaborative efforts

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Experience in retail sales, including technology or product demos preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and basic math skills for transactions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers over the phone or in person
• Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Technical sales experience or familiarity with retail technology is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships

Pay: $17.00-$37.00 per hour
