Job Overview

Health Consultant

Build each person's plan, and keep them as your clients for as long as they're with us.

About EVOLV

EVOLV is a health optimization company. We help people feel like themselves again through hormone optimization, custom supplementation, nutrition, movement and peptide consultations. A physician looks after the medical side. A health consultant looks after everything else, and stays with the person month after month.

Our members get bloodwork and time with a doctor every quarter, and time with their health consultant every month. The consultant is the person they know by name.

What you'll do

- Consultations. Take the free 15-minute phone calls our team books for you. Start with the person's goals, answer their questions with general, goal-based guidance, and recommend a plan: a protocol, the supplements that support it, a nutrition and training frame, and the membership when it fits.

- Your book. Everyone you consult becomes your client. You follow up, you check in when their protocol is due to run out, and you're the name they know when they come back.

- Members. When someone joins the membership, you're their consultant every month: a 30-minute check-in, a written 12-week plan you keep current, messages answered by the next business day, and a debrief after each visit with their doctor.

- Notes. Every call is logged in our CRM the same day. It's how your book stays yours, and it's how your pay is calculated.

What you won't do

Diagnose, treat, read lab results, or change anything a doctor has prescribed. Clinical questions go to the physician. You won't promise anyone a doctor, a result or a dose, and you won't take payment. Our supply partner handles orders and payment, and you handle the plan.

Who you are

- You've coached, trained or advised people on their health, as a personal trainer, kinesiologist, nutritionist, nurse, or on the front line of a clinic. Sales experience counts if you've done it the honest way.

- You can spend 15 minutes with a stranger, find out what they actually want, and make the recommendation you'd give your own family.

- You're organized. You'll have more than 20 conversations a week and you won't forget any of them.

- You sound professional on the phone every time. Every call is recorded.

- Peptide knowledge helps but isn't required. We train it, and you'll pass our course before your first call.

How it works

- The contract. You're an independent contractor, paid every two weeks. You look after your own taxes.

- Your hours. You set your availability on the team calendar. Full-time is 30 or more hours a week.

- Where. Our office in Vaughan, Ontario, with the potential for hybrid once you're up and running.

- What you bring. A laptop and a phone.

Pay

This is a commission-based role with no cap. You earn commission on every order from the clients in your book, first orders and reorders, plus a monthly amount for every member you look after. Because reorders and members keep paying you, your income grows as your book grows. We'll walk you through the full pay plan in the interview.

How we hire

1. A 15-minute phone call. Who you are and what you've done.

2. An interview, including a role-play consultation, so we can hear you do the job.

Apply here with your resume. Good people we can't place right away stay on our list, and they're the first people we call when a seat opens.

Pay: $40,000.00-$160,000.00 per year

Application question(s):

  • Are you available some evenings or weekends?
  • Have you worked in health, fitness, nutrition, nursing or a clinic? How many years?

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Concord, ON
