Overview
Our NE Dental Practice is looking for an experienced, reliable and highly motivated administrator to join our team. We are a well-established and growing dental practice in Calgary, committed to providing outstanding patient care in a friendly, professional environment.

Duties:

  • Greet patients and manage appointments
  • Utilize dental software such as Cleardent and Max Assist
  • Handle incoming phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and providing information about services
  • Process insurance claims for billing and submit pre-authorizations and treatment estimates
  • Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate patient care and improve office efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of dental insurance billing, claims and predeterminations.
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A friendly demeanor with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
