Full job description

The Opportunity

Window Restoration Experts is looking for an experienced, driven full-cycle Sales Consultant to take ownership of the homeowner relationship from the first booked discovery call through assessment, quote development, follow-up, and close.

This is a true full-cycle sales seat. At WRE, one salesperson owns the relationship throughout the entire sales journey. Building trust means maintaining contact, creating clarity, and guiding the homeowner through every essential step rather than handing the client between multiple people.

BOOKED CALL → DISCOVERY → ASSESSMENT → QUOTE BUILDING → PRESENTATION → FOLLOW-UP → CLOSE

What You'll Own

  • Take ownership of qualified opportunities once the SDR books the discovery call.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand the homeowner, their property, concerns, urgency, priorities, and desired outcome.
  • Build and maintain trust with the homeowner throughout the entire sales process. The client should know exactly who their advisor is from discovery through close.
  • Schedule and complete in-home assessments and consultations across WRE’s service area.
  • Diagnose the project and help homeowners understand restoration versus full replacement options.
  • Build accurate quotes based on the assessed scope of work and WRE pricing standards.
  • Personally present recommendations, options, and pricing to the homeowner.
  • Manage all follow-up communication and maintain consistent contact throughout the decision-making process.
  • Handle questions, objections, scope changes, and next steps without allowing the client relationship to become fragmented.
  • Close projects and ensure a clean, documented handoff to Operations.
  • Maintain excellent GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM hygiene and accurate sales dashboard data at every stage.
  • Track and analyze conversion rates, lead sources, assessment performance, close rates, average project value, pipeline value, and other sales KPIs.
  • Complete weekly sales reporting and use the numbers to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate directly with WRE’s marketing team to improve lead quality, messaging, attribution, offers, and overall sales performance.
  • Take personal ownership of pipeline movement, follow-up, performance, and results without needing to be chased.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
  • Window and door industry experience.
  • Experience in trades, home improvement, construction, or another residential service environment.
  • Strong discovery, closing, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable completing in-home consultations and speaking confidently with homeowners.
  • Experience managing a CRM and full sales pipeline. GoHighLevel experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong dashboard management, statistical analysis, and data-reporting skills.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and turn it into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Leadership mentality with a high level of personal accountability.
  • Comfortable receiving direct feedback, reviewing performance, and continuously improving.
  • Familiarity with proven consultative sales frameworks and a genuine commitment to ongoing sales training and learning.
  • A clean, valid Ontario driver’s licence and comfort travelling to homeowner assessments across the GTA.

Compensation

Starting base salary: $63,000 CAD annually, plus commission.

The commission component is designed to reward closed revenue and strong full-cycle ownership measured against KPI's. The detailed commission structure, performance expectations, and earning opportunity will be reviewed during the interview process.

This role is built for someone who wants the stability of a base salary while still having meaningful upside tied directly to sales performance.

The Person Who Will Thrive Here

You have that fire within you. You do not wait for someone to tell you what needs to happen next. You look at your pipeline, your numbers, your follow-ups, and your opportunities and take ownership.

You are familiar with proven sales frameworks, but you do not sound scripted. You understand that great consultative sales comes from curiosity, listening, emotional intelligence, diagnosis, leadership, and the ability to guide someone confidently through a decision.

You are constantly seeking sales training and learning. You study the craft, review your calls, practice, seek coaching, learn from objections, and want to become better every month. You do not simply want a sales job. You want to become exceptional at sales.

How WRE Sells

UNDERSTAND → REFLECT → DIAGNOSE → GUIDE

We do not believe in pressuring homeowners. We believe in understanding what they are experiencing, reflecting back what we heard, diagnosing the actual problem, and confidently guiding them toward the solution that makes the most sense for their home.

The homeowner should feel in control while you strategically lead the process. Your job is not simply to sell glass, hardware, restoration, or replacement. Your job is to understand the person behind the project and help them make a confident, informed decision.

What Ownership Means at WRE

Once a qualified homeowner enters your pipeline, you own that relationship until there is a clear outcome. No lead should wonder who they are dealing with. No opportunity should fall through the cracks. No homeowner should have to chase WRE for the next step.

You are their advisor, their consistent point of contact, and the person responsible for moving the relationship forward while protecting the trust WRE has built.

Our Philosophy

Sales creates trust. Operations protects trust.

We are looking for someone who wants the responsibility that comes with owning that trust from the first conversation through the signed project, and who has the drive, discipline, curiosity, and accountability to build a high-performing sales career with WRE.
