Job Summary

As the Hotel Director of Sales, you will drive revenue through dynamic outside sales initiatives, cultivate strong B2B relationships, and develop innovative marketing strategies. Your leadership will inspire a high-performing sales team dedicated to exceeding targets, enhancing customer service, and expanding our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our hotel’s sales efforts while fostering a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass revenue goals through energetic management and strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key business segments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns that promote hotel amenities and services across digital platforms and industry events.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data trends, and optimize outreach efforts for maximum impact.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and new revenue streams for business development.
  • Oversee account management processes to ensure consistent service quality, client retention, and growth opportunities.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales within the hospitality industry or related B2B environments.
  • Strong management skills with experience leading a diverse sales team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, and negotiation techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies tailored to the hospitality sector and experience leveraging digital tools like Salesforce for sales automation.
