Experienced Hairstylist / Colourist — Toronto Beauty Club

Location: Etobicoke, Toronto

Pay: $23-30/hour

Experience: Minimum 4+ years professional salon experience

*Must have a valid Hairstyling License*

Anticipated Start: Late October / Early November 2026

Toronto Beauty Club is a new luxury, hospitality-driven hair salon and Japanese Head Spa opening in Etobicoke.

We’re creating something different from the traditional salon experience — an elevated, beautifully designed environment centred around exceptional hair, thoughtful service, healthy hair practices and genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for experienced hairstylists who are confident in their craft, take pride in the details and want to grow within a polished, professional environment.

What We’re Looking For

You should have a minimum of 4 years of professional salon experience and be confident performing:

  • Balayage
  • Full & partial highlights
  • Blonding services
  • Root colours and grey coverage
  • Toners and glosses
  • All-over colour
  • Colour corrections
  • Haircuts and blowouts
  • Consultations and personalized colour recommendations

Experience working with professional colour lines is required. Toronto Beauty Club uses Wella Professionals colour alongside luxury haircare from Kérastase and Shu Uemura Art of Hair.

Bonus Skills

Additional experience in any of the following is a strong asset:

  • Hair extensions
  • Updos and special occasion styling
  • Braiding
  • Keratin smoothing treatments
  • Hair Botox treatments
  • Bridal styling
  • Advanced blonding or colour correction
