3PL Ventures Inc. is 60,000 sq.ft. cannabis cultivation facility based in Vernon, B.C. 3PL is a partially owned subsidiary of GreenTec Holdings Ltd., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Avant Brands.

Job Description

  • Cultivation, fertigation, pruning, plant transfers, harvesting.
  • Cleaning facility.
  • Hand trimming product.
  • Producing Pre-rolls.
  • Packaging cannabis flower in plastic or glass jars.
  • Documenting all activities.
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Background

  • Solid manual dexterity using scissors, snips and sheers.
  • Ability to stay organized and follow SOP'.s
  • Willingness to perform varied tasks as required.
  • Experience in a similar setting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous cannabis cultivation experience considered an asset.

Depending on grow cycles and government inspections, overtime hours are a must.
