Role Overview

This role serves as the foundational backbone of our client operations, combining front-line technical support with proactive client account care. You will assist clients with platform troubleshooting and training while conducting courtesy check-ins to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Training: Assist clients via phone and email with platform navigation, hardware/software troubleshooting, account setup, and user training.
• Proactive Client Care: Conduct courtesy calls to check in on service satisfaction, uncover usability issues, and ensure clients are maximizing the value of our technology.
• Account Optimization & Opportunity Spotting: Identify opportunities where additional services or add-on technology could benefit the client, collaborating with sales as needed.
• Order & Account Administration: Process orders, quotes, billing inquiries, stock tracking, and shipping preparations.
• Client Retention: Build strong rapport to maintain high retention rates and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Aptitude: Proven experience or strong comfort with tech platforms, software troubleshooting, and explaining technical concepts simply.
• Customer Service Excellence: Background in client care, customer service, or technical support with a warm, professional phone presence.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and proactive when handling client issues or technical roadblocks.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with precise attention to detail.
