Job Description Summary

Join a team that’s growing fast and committed to promoting from within. As a Class 5 Driver, you’ll safely deliver, load, and recover a variety of rental equipment, tools, and supplies to customer job sites across urban, suburban, and rural areas.

We are targeting $26-27/hr.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate a single‑axle rollback, flat deck, or stakebody truck
  • Load, secure, deliver, and pick up rental equipment
  • Navigate safely in tight areas, including active construction zones
  • Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
  • Perform basic troubleshooting or minor repairs on equipment
  • Demonstrate proper equipment use when needed

Requirements

Must Have

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching
  • Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions

Nice to Have

  • Experience operating commercial or rental equipment
  • Experience with crane trucks or equipment deliveries
  • Mechanical aptitude for minor on‑site adjustments
  • Strong customer service mindset

Base Pay Range

25.68 - 38.52
