PROJECT MANAGER

What We’re Looking For

We’re growing and seeking a Project Manager to join our Oakville team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys leading projects from concept to completion.

What’s the Role

Project Responsibilities

  • Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Review drawings, specs, and scope to plan and execute work effectively
  • Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
  • Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance and high-quality execution
  • Forecast project needs, resolve issues quickly, and provide regular updates
  • Lead and support site teams with clear communication and direction
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications & Expectations

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience (commercial experience preferred)
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (an asset)
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and industry standards
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jonas)
  • Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make informed decisions quickly
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality control, and delivering excellent client service
  • Ability to work on-site in Oakville and travel to project sites as needed
