Maintenance Technician ($30–$45/hr) – Immediate Start Available

Location: Nanton, AB

Actively Hiring – Join a Stable, Growing Shop

2W Livestock Equipment is actively hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our production equipment and facility.

This is a full-time, long-term role with strong pay, modern equipment, and no travel – home every night.

Pay and Benefits

  • $30 to $45 per hour (based on experience)

What You Will Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment (lasers, robotic welders, presses, paint systems, ovens)
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Handle breakdowns quickly to keep production running
  • Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • PLC and 110V to 600V experience is an asset
  • Works independently and takes ownership
  • Reliable and accountable
  • Valid driver’s license

Work Environment

  • Active manufacturing shop (indoor/outdoor)
  • Physical work (lifting up to 75 lbs)
  • Overtime and occasional call-in required

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Must live within 60 km of Nanton, AB
