  • Prepare immigration application packages, forms, and supporting materials.
  • Coordinate document authentication, legalization, and translation processes where required.
  • Ensure all work is completed within established service standards and deadlines.
  • Maintain effective communication with immigration lawyers, coordinators, administrators, and clients throughout the application process.
  • Provide additional support and undertake special projects as assigned by management.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Ensure that client correspondence, supporting documents, and case information are accurately maintained in KPMG's internal systems and databases.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and case status updates.
  • Respond to client and vendor inquiries relating to invoicing and payments.
  • Collect, review, code, and submit vendor invoices for processing.
  • Monitor and facilitate the timely payment of vendor invoices.
  • Assist with the timely issuance of client invoices.
  • Prepare files for billing upon completion of immigration services.
  • Perform administrative duties such as file management, photocopying, scanning, mailing, and courier coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
What you bring to this role:
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally within a legal, immigration, or professional services environment.
  • Experience in Canadian immigration law, particularly in temporary residence and/or Quebec and federal permanent residence processes.
  • College diploma or university degree in a related field.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of billing practices and procedures is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, assess, and apply information effectively.
