Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various production and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience with manufacturing processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in assembly, equipment operation, and warehouse management within a dynamic industrial setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
  • Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials, sorting parts, and packaging finished goods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety standards are met
  • Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic issues with machinery or assembly lines
  • Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during operations

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse work, or assembly preferred
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical concepts is a plus
  • speaks English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Mechanical knowledge or experience working with manufacturing equipment is advantageous
