Summer Harvest crew for 2026 Start date: June 16th/26

This is a seasonal full-time position, will be for the months of June & July.

NOT a fulltime, year around position.

We are located just outside of Medicine Hat, AB.

Starting wage at $15/hr.

Monday to Saturday

Day shift- 7:30 a.m.-4:00p.m.

Evening shift 4:30-9:30pm

Red Rock Nursery Ltd. supplies tree seedlings for reforestation and reclamation purposes, this includes a variety of spruce and pine seedlings.

Red Rock is looking to hire General Greenhouse Labourers for our 2026 Summer harvest.

Key Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to): ***

  • Greenhouse labour- loading trays of seedlings onto conveyor
  • Assembly line work with various positions including: seedling puller, grading of seedlings, fiver, wrapper, box fillers
  • Box building

No experience is necessary! On-site training provided

Requirements:

· Fast-paced environment

· Attention to detail

· Hand-eye coordination

· Repetitive tasks

· Handling heavy loads (physically demanding)

· Standing for extended periods

· Bending, crouching, kneeling

· Requires own transportation to/from site

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
