- True Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a standard 7-hour workday, allowing you dedicated time to disconnect and focus on what matters most outside of office hours.
- Work Flexibility: Benefit from a structured hybrid work model (3 days in our collaborative offices, 2 days remote).
- Fully Employer-Paid Health Benefits: Protect yourself and your family with an outstanding, comprehensive extended health coverage plan that is 100% paid by MMI from DAY ONE.
- Investing in Your Future: Build long-term financial security with our Company RRSP Matching program of up to 5%.
- Competitive Pay: We offer a competitive, experience-based base salary that recognizes your industry experience & expertise.
- Shared Success: Participate in performance-driven bonus programs tied directly to the overall growth and success of MMI.
- Generous Paid Time Off: Recharge with an additional three (3) paid self-care (PTO) days alongside six (6) paid sick days annually.
- Paid Professional Development: We fully invest in your continuous learning, covering the costs for obtaining and maintaining your professional insurance licenses (including CAIB, Alberta Level 1 & 2, and ongoing CE credits).
- An Exceptional Client Base: Work with a highly loyal, respectful, and community-minded clientele that makes daily customer interactions genuinely rewarding.
- A Culture without Silos: Experience a flat, close-knit organizational structure where every voice matters, collaboration is standard, and you have direct access to senior leadership, including our CEO.
- Authentic Connection: Join a team that values real relationships. From regular social gatherings to collaborative team events, we value the connections we build not just with our clients, but also within our teams.
