Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated Panel Wireman to join our team and help assemble electrical control panels and related equipment. If you enjoy working with your hands, are eager to learn, and want to grow your skills in industrial electrical work, this could be a great opportunity for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assembling and wiring electrical equipment, including:
- Industrial control panels
- Motor control centers and drive systems
- Protection and control cabinets
- Switchboards and panel boards
- Custom-built electrical enclosures
- Following work instructions and electrical drawings to ensure high-quality assembly.
- Using hand tools and power tools to cut, strip, crimp, and install electrical components.
- Keeping work areas organized and following safety procedures.
- Assisting with inventory and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and project goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Interest or experience in electrical fabrication, manufacturing, or construction.
- Ability to read and follow electrical schematics (training provided).
- Basic experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience with forklifts is a plus (but not required).
Preferred Qualifications (Any of the Following):
- Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician
- Electrical Engineering Degree (EIT or P.Eng)
- Electrical Technologist Diploma (TT or CET)
- At least 1 year of experience in electrical or panel assembly is an asset, but we’re open to training the right candidate.

Work Environment & Requirements:
- Work is mainly indoors in a manufacturing setting with occasional outdoor tasks.
- PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) required when needed.
- Some tasks may involve working at heights (up to 12 feet) with proper lift equipment.
- Regular standing and use of hand tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.33-$27.45 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
