- Working knowledge of MWD tools, sensors, and telemetry systems
- Experience with pulse and/or EM telemetry systems
- Strong understanding of drilling operations and downhole environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time field conditions
- Willingness to work rotational schedules and remote drilling locations
- Strong attention to detail, reporting accuracy, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Dual telemetry experience (Pulse/EM)
- Experience in horizontal and extended-reach well profiles
- Exposure to vibration, shock, and drilling dynamics monitoring tools
- Technical diploma, electronics background, or engineering degree
- Experience working in unconventional shale plays

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
