Full job description

Join Our Team at The North Face Banff!

We’re looking for a energetic, and reliable local Banff High School student to join our team for a few hours each week after school.

This is a great opportunity for a high school student looking to gain work experience, build customer service skills, while working in a fun and supportive retail environment.

What We Offer:

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, and dependable student
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable talking with customers and working as part of a team
  • Able to work after school, with occasional weekend availability being an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and stay active during your shift.

Duties Include:

  • Greet and assist customers
  • Fold and organize display tables
  • Dusting, sweeping, and mopping
  • Recycling and taking out garbage

This is a part-time position of approximately 3–6 hours per week.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
