Helping customers find the perfect vehicle that fits their lifestyle (and maybe making their day in the process).

Following up with clients through calls, emails, texts, and social media like the professional relationship-builder you are.

Becoming a product expert who knows Volkswagens inside and out—because confidence sells.

Building long-term relationships instead of one-time transactions.

Hitting goals, celebrating wins, and constantly looking for ways to improve.

Compensation

$50,000 – $150,000+ annually

This range is intended as a guide. Your income is performance-based, meaning your effort and results directly impact your earnings. For those who are motivated and driven, there is significant opportunity to exceed the listed range.
