Main Activities and Responsibilities
We are seeking Tournament Operations Talent to support venue readiness, match-day operations, and live event delivery across stadiums and event sites in each Host City. This role plays a key part in executing a world-class global sporting event in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Assignments will be based on operational needs and individual experience.

YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications
- Must be currently authorized to work onsite in Toronto, Canada
- Previous experience in event operations, logistics, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event days
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on-site for extended periods
Work Conditions
- Based in Toronto, with work across multiple venues and sites
- Tournament-time role with variable hours based on event schedules
- May require early mornings, late nights, and extended shifts
