No previous roofing experience is required. We'll provide the training and support you need to get started.

What You'll Do

As a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter, you'll help introduce homeowners to Rydel Roofing's services and create new opportunities for our sales team.

You'll:

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and approach homeowners at their homes.

• Meet and speak with homeowners face-to-face at their doors and introduce them to our roofing services.

• Start friendly conversations and learn about homeowners' needs.

• Build rapport and create a positive first impression.

• Clearly explain our services and answer basic questions.

• Identify homeowners who may benefit from speaking with a sales specialist.

• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

• Keep accurate records of your conversations and appointments.

• Maintain consistent daily door-to-door activity and work toward personal and team goals.

• Stay positive and professional when conversations don't lead to an appointment.

• Represent Rydel Roofing with professionalism and integrity.
