Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations.
  • Upsell retail products that complement clients’ hair care routines to enhance their experience and salon revenue.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, check-in/out clients at the front desk, and handle phone inquiries professionally.
  • Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and product usage for ongoing maintenance.
  • Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or similar setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Skilled in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and special treatments.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment.
  • Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Experience handling front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and managing retail sales is preferred but not required. Join our team to deliver exceptional hair care experiences while growing your career in a dynamic salon environment!

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
