Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ethical financial guidance to join our growing team. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive client information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including Outlook Calendar appointments and meeting arrangement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry along with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Educate clients on financial products including insurance and investment solutions
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through proactive service
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions

Key Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • Strong ability to generate leads and manage a client pipeline
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Results-driven with strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • LLQP certification (Preferred)

Additional Information

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
  • Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts
  • Language Requirement: Punjab speaking will be a bonus
  • Work Location: In person
