Insurance Depot Ltd. is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and client-focused Financial Advisors to join our growing team. About the Role

This role is ideal for self-starters with strong communication and networking skills who are committed to delivering exceptional client service while growing their own book of business.

As a Financial Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop customized strategies to help them protect and grow their wealth. Your success will be driven by your ability to build lasting relationships, prospecting to generate new business opportunities, and provide professional financial guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Provide professional advice on:
  • Life Insurance
  • Critical Illness Insurance
  • Disability Insurance
  • Retirement Planning
  • Estate Planning
  • Investment and Wealth Accumulation Strategies
  • Education Savings Plans (RESPs)
  • Pension and Retirement Income Planning
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing reviews and exceptional service.
  • Prepare and deliver professional financial presentations and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and client service objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through company-sponsored seminars, webinars, coaching, and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or wealth management.
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • LLQP License (required)
