Overview

The Finance Manager will play a key role in guiding financial decisions, fostering client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Manage relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable terms through effective negotiation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services or dealership finance management
  • Strong background in negotiation, sales support, and customer service
  • Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Prior experience working within dealership environments is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the industry

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
