  • Analyze production costs and inventory variances
  • Support inventory reconciliations and product costing
  • Assist with production planning, including milk purchasing
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business

Compliance & Administration

  • Prepare HST, WSIB, EHT, and regulatory filings
  • Complete Dairy Farmers of Ontario reporting requirements
  • Maintain strong financial controls and compliance procedures
  • Support ERP improvements and reporting automation

  • CPA designation (or working toward CPA) is preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Manufacturing experience is a strong asset

Technical Skills

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
