Legacy Truck Wash is looking for a reliable and motivated Fuel & Lube Technician with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. If you take pride in maintaining trucks and equipment, value safety, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Position Summary

The Fuel & Lube Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance services, including fueling, lubrication, fluid checks, oil changes, and equipment inspections on commercial trucks and heavy equipment. This position plays a key role in ensuring our fleet remains safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.

Responsibilities

  • Fuel commercial trucks and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication, and preventative maintenance services.
  • Check and top up engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, transmission fluid, and DEF levels.
  • Grease trucks and equipment according to manufacturer and company maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify potential mechanical issues.
  • Report maintenance concerns and repair requirements to the maintenance team.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs.
  • Keep the work area, service truck, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with general shop and yard duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Fuel & Lube Technician or in a similar heavy-duty maintenance role.
  • Experience working with commercial trucks and heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and fluid management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class 3 is an asset).
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
