Field Service Technician – Alberta

Why Join AXYZ?

At AXYZ, we build more than world-class CNC machines—we build careers.

As part of our growing Service Team, you'll work with industry-leading CNC technology, solve complex technical challenges, and make a direct impact on our customers' success. No two days are the same.

You'll install and service advanced CNC equipment, work directly with customers, collaborate with our Engineering team on product improvements, and become a trusted technical expert in the field. The role is primarily based in Western Canada, with opportunities to support customers across Canada, the United States, and occasionally internationally, as business needs require.

We invest in our people through hands-on training, ongoing learning opportunities, and real career development. Whether you're commissioning new machines, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, training customers, or helping launch new technologies, you'll be supported by a collaborative team committed to innovation and continuous improvement.

Your journey begins with comprehensive, hands-on training at our Waterdown, Ontario headquarters, where you'll build the technical knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in the field.

If you're a hands-on technician who enjoys travel, independence, solving challenging technical problems, and building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
