Full job description

We are looking for people located in Canada; our company is not able to give any kind of work permit. The salary range starts at $17 to $19, depending on experience, with the opportunity to increase after a couple of months of work, plus cash tips.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages to meet customer preferences
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for special events or promotions
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the food service industry
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
