Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Food Service Worker to join our Chinese restaurant team as a front server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food efficiently, handling POS transactions, and keeping the service area clean and organized. Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously.
• Deliver food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Refill drinks and attend to customer needs during service.
• Ensure food items are presented neatly and correctly.
• Follow restaurant hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is an asset.
• Familiarity with using a POS system is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a busy environment.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
