Salary Range:

• $59, 000 – $70, 000 per year

Hours of Work:

• On-Site, Monday to Friday – (7:30AM to 4:00PM)

Job Overview:

• New Model Project Customer Window
• Administer New Model Quotation process
• Administer New Model Drawing Control process
• Facilitate Project Management Team meeting
• Facilitate Project phase gate evaluations
• Coordinate trial events
• Control New Model trial event part inventory
• Other duties as required

What You Need:

• PMI Certified Associate in Project Management, UFT PM Course and 3 years of experience or,
• Post-Secondary education or experience in a related field
• Experience with project administration, from conception to completion
• Ability to prepare interpret flow charts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time-management
• Familiarity with risk management
• Understanding of IATF 16949 and APQP would be an asset
• Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint would be an asset

Work Environment:

• Plant and Office Environment
• Regularly exposed to dust, grease/oil, odors, noise, smoke, etc while on the production floor
