Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting practices, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic environment that values precision, integrity, and teamwork. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for producing financial statements on a monthly basis. Previous experience with financial statement preparation and an understanding of the full accounting cycle is a must.

Duties

  • Preparing financial statements
  • Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data across various accounts.
  • Support budgeting activities by preparing forecasts and monitoring budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external auditors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; relevant certifications are a plus. A knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.

This role is integral to maintaining the financial integrity of our organization while providing opportunities for professional development within our finance team.

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
