NOW HIRING - Automotive Finance Opener, Inside SalesCalgary Office | In-Office | Commission-Based | Training Provided

This is not for someone looking for easy money.

This is for someone early in their career, hungry, sharp, and tired of being average.

You do not need years of sales experience. In fact, we would rather train someone with the right mindset than try to fix someone with bad habits.

What we need is simple:

  • You work hard
  • You show up every day
  • You take coaching
  • You move fast
  • You stay organized
  • You do not make excuses
  • You want to grow into something bigger

At Approval Express Canada, we help credit-challenged Canadians rebuild their credit through structured auto financing.

This is not a traditional dealership role.

No showroom.
No test drives.
No standing around waiting for walk-ins.

This is phones, texts, CRM follow-up, aged data, reactivation campaigns, buyer psychology, and helping people move forward when they are stressed, uncertain, or stuck because of their credit.

The Reality

You probably will not make a lot of money in your first few months.

That needs to be clear upfront.

This role rewards skill, discipline, consistency, emotional control, and volume. Those things take time to build.

You will primarily be working aged data, cold outreach, text follow-up, and reactivation campaigns.

Some buyers will be warm. Many will not be.

That means your job is not to sit around waiting for easy conversations. Your job is to create conversations through consistent calling, texting, follow-up, and clean CRM execution.

We provide the data, systems, scripts, and process.

Your job is to create conversations and turn overlooked opportunities into active buyers.

If you are the type of person who quits after a few hard days, this role will expose you quickly.

If you commit, learn the process, take coaching, and actually execute every day, this can turn into a serious income path.

Top openers here can earn six figures.

Top closers can earn $300K+.

But nobody gets there by accident.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily
  • Send and manage text follow-ups
  • Work aged data, reactivation lists, and inbound opportunities
  • Create conversations with buyers who may not be expecting your call
  • Keep every file organized inside our CRM
  • Collect basic documents like ID, paystubs, and application details
  • Help prepare clean files for the finance team and closers
  • Learn buyer psychology, objection handling, and structured sales communication
  • Stay consistent even when people do not answer, brush you off, or need multiple touches before engaging

This is not an order-taking role.

You are not being handed perfect buyers.

You are being trained to create opportunity from data most people do not have the patience, consistency, or discipline to work properly.
