Full job description

The Site Support Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations and administration.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing sign-in procedures, and directing individuals appropriately;
  • Create and modify documents, data entry, and manage various computer programs;
  • Assist with compiling reports and maintaining departmental records;
  • File and retrieve organizational documents, records, and reports;
  • Assist with various projects and special events;
  • Provide support for company departments;
  • Answer phone calls;
  • Maintain office supplies inventory;
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration is preferred; however, candidates with relevant, demonstrated experience will be given priority;
  • Intermediate to proficient skills using MS Office software and other computer database systems;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
