Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON | Full-Time | $55,000 - $70,000 salary based on experience | Stat Holiday Pay + Bonus Potential

Angelika & Associates is a high-performing real estate office in Niagara-on-the-Lake seeking an experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work and learn in a fast-paced, energetic environment supporting a successful Realtor and her small team. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WEBFORMS, MATRIX, AND CANVA PLATFORMS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage listings on MLS (Cornerstone & TRREB)
  • Prepare and process listing and offer paperwork
  • Draft paperwork and handle all real estate paperwork with accuracy
  • Coordinate with clients, photographers, sign installers, and cooperating agents
  • Communicate with lawyers and other industry professionals
  • Manage social media accounts and advertising projects
  • Create and oversee marketing materials and campaigns
  • Install lockboxes and assist with on-site administrative tasks as needed
  • Scan, file, and maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
  • Manage office operations, handle bill payments and expense sheets

Required Skills & Background

  • Previous experience in Real Estate Administration (required)
  • Proficiency with CREA Webforms, listing agreements, and offer documentation (required)
  • Experience with Docusign, BrokerBay, & GeoWarehouse (required)
  • Strong knowledge of MLS systems and real estate processes (required)
  • Familiarity with TRREB and Cornerstone Real Estate Boards (required)
  • Skilled in Canva and social media and marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, MailChimp)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Forward thinking, open to learning new tech / A.I.
  • Positive attitude, detail oriented, and quick learner

Compensation & Details

  • Compensation based on experience
  • Occasional weekend work required
  • Holiday pay included
  • Full-time, permanent position working out of the NOTL Office
