Position Overview:

As an Income Partner at SummitPath, you'll work directly with clients, building lasting relationships, and guiding them through the decisions that shape their business's future. The role is designed for you to take ownership of your career progression, working alongside the partners to grow SummitPath into a firm we can all be proud of.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a high level of responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Understanding clients' financial goals, providing strategic advice, addressing inquiries promptly, and proactively looking for opportunities to educate clients and deepen those relationships.

Accounting/Tax Compliance and Planning:

  • Provide comprehensive financial and tax planning services to clients.
  • Lead income tax compliance efforts, ensure clients comply with applicable tax laws, and communicate the impact of regulatory changes.
  • Review files prepared by the team and sign off on Compilation and Review Engagements; ensure accounting standards are applied appropriately; present financial information in a way that helps clients understand and run their business.

Business Development:

  • Build and grow a client base over time, with a portion transitioned from existing partners to help you get started. SummitPath has a strong track record of consistent revenue growth. Specific targets and growth expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Continued Professional Development:

  • Maintain all required CPD in accordance with CPA professional standards.

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
