Full job description

Safeline Utility Services Inc is looking for Equipment Operators to join our team in Val Caron, ON.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator at Safeline Utility Services Inc, you will be responsible for the safe operation of equipment, including but not limited to Excavators, loaders, Hydrovac, Rock Drilling, and flatbed trucks. You will also perform daily duties such as loading and unloading equipment, performing routine maintenance and cleaning equipment as needed. You will work with rock drill crews operating heavy equipment when required. 50% of the work is over night stays.

Benefits:

  • RRSP after 1 year

Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional overtime. Some weekend work. Schedule may change with seasonal changes.

Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. A driver’s license is also required (AZ/DZ) with a clean driving record.

Duties: This position will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to driving, operating equipment, loading and unloading equipment, performing routine maintenance, cleaning equipment as needed, and other duties as assigned.
