Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be a key contributor to CITYROVER’s continued expansion. In this role, you will engage with government decision-makers nationwide, introducing innovative tools that modernize public service delivery. You will be responsible for developing targeted outreach strategies, qualifying prospective customers, and scheduling product demonstrations for the sales team. This position is well suited for someone who is goal-driven, naturally curious, and excited about building new business relationships. This entry-level opportunity offers training, ongoing coaching, and defined growth paths within a dynamic and fast-moving sales organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and email outreach, to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develop reports and proposals as part of sales presentation to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of sales agreements, ensuring contracts are accurately completed.
  • Engage confidently with prospective customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Present CITYROVER technology solutions clearly and persuasively, leveraging strong customer facing presentation and active listening skills.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote solutions, build relationships, and generate new leads.
  • Research customer needs, market trends, and industry developments to tailor outreach strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of CITYROVER technology offerings, including AI-driven and machine-learning-enabled solutions, and stay informed on broader technology trends
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align prospecting efforts, achieve lead, and demo targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, including internships, campus positions, or similar practical experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, ideally in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong computer proficiency, with experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system considered a plus
  • Comfortable performing a high volume of daily outbound calls and proactive outreach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Full fluency in English is required.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence based products or services.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, particularly AI, while staying informed on broader technology trends.
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation and active listening abilities.
  • Highly driven, energetic, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Professional, personable, and confident phone presence.
  • Proven ability to build trust, maintain integrity, and conduct business with a high level of professionalism.
  • Willingness to participate in employer-provided training and ongoing skill development.

Please note that the advertised salary represents the base pay only. This role also includes an incentive and commission structure.
