What the Role Looks Like

This is a high-energy, outdoor role. You won't be stuck behind a desk.

As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for introducing homeowners to our company and setting appointments for our roofing specialists.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods
  • Identify roofing concerns and educate homeowners on available solutions
  • Set appointments for roofing inspections and consultations
  • Track leads and appointments through our CRM system
  • Participate in daily sales and communication training
  • Follow our proven sales process
  • Continuously improve your communication and leadership skills

You are not responsible for closing sales. Your focus is generating opportunities and building relationships.

Compensation

This position offers a guaranteed hourly wage plus uncapped performance bonuses.

  • Hourly Pay: $25–$40/hour
