Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in sales, customer engagement, and brand development. This role involves face-to-face interactions with customers to support client campaigns and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to build professional relationships
  • Present client services and communicate key value propositions
  • Support customer acquisition efforts through direct sales activities
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when addressing customer questions or concerns
  • Meet or exceed established daily and weekly performance goals
  • Accurately track and report campaign and customer data
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Contribute to overall team performance and client campaign success

Compensation & Benefits

  • Paid training provided
  • Full-time position (Monday–Friday schedule)

  • Base pay plus performance-based incentives
  • Typical weekly earnings range from $700–$1,200, depending on performance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office
