This role is a critical, high-impact hire focused on owning and executing the company's digital marketing and e-commerce growth strategy end-to-end. We are seeking a highly hands-on, creative, and commercially minded marketing professional who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing day-to-day tactics. You will take full ownership of social media, digital campaigns, website performance, and e-commerce optimization, with a mandate to modernize, elevate, and unify the company's online presence. From refreshing branding and messaging to improving conversion rates and digital sales flow, your work will directly influence how the company is perceived and how customers transact online.
Success in this role will come from balancing creativity with performance and conversion-driven thinking. The ideal candidate understands how to build engaging content and a cohesive brand voice, but also knows how to optimize digital funnels, improve online purchasing journeys, and drive measurable revenue outcomes. You will work closely with leadership, giving you visibility into business priorities and the ability to shape how marketing and e-commerce contribute to overall growth. This is a fully in-office role, offering a collaborative environment and the opportunity to move quickly, test ideas, and see the direct impact of your work.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and drive online conversions and client acquisition
- Develop strategies to improve digital performance across both lead generation and e-commerce channels
- Oversee and continuously improve the company website, including content updates, UX improvements, SEO performance, and conversion optimization
- Lead a full “online facelift,” refreshing branding, messaging, and digital presence across all channels
- Optimize e-commerce pathways, product presentation, and online purchasing experience to increase conversion rates
- Analyze campaign and sales performance across digital and e-commerce channels and optimize based on data, KPIs, and ROI
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing and online sales initiatives with revenue goals
- Identify new digital channels, tools, and e-commerce opportunities to expand reach and market share
- Manage email marketing and outbound digital campaigns to support both sales and online purchasing activity
- Ensure brand consistency and professionalism across all online touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, social media management, or a related role
- Proven track record of running campaigns that generate leads, online conversions, or revenue
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, SEO, and content strategy
- Experience managing and optimizing websites (Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms preferred)
- Experience with e-commerce funnels, conversion rate optimization, or online sales flows considered a strong asset
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically, with a focus on measurable business and revenue outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with high ownership
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in B2B marketing or healthcare/medical supply industry is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
