Bradley-Kelly Construction Ltd. is a leading electrical contractor specializing in commercial, industrial and utility electrical projects. With a reputation for delivering high-quality work and exceptional service, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects from inception to completion.

Job Description:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure efficient communication
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, and change orders
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any project issues
  • Lead and mentor project teams to maintain productivity and quality

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and Ontario Electrical codes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
  • PMP certification (a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license
