As a Field Supervisor, you’ll manage crews, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and ensure we’re delivering services that are safe, precise, and professional.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day activities on active field projects - ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, and spec
- Mentor junior reps, EETs, EITs, and apprentices in both technical skills and professional conduct
- Act as the lead contact on-site, working closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure successful delivery
- Participate in resource planning, reporting, and documentation while ensuring test equipment and tooling are ready to go
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of field experience in industrial or utility electrical services
- Journeyperson, EIT, CET, or P. Eng designation preferred
- Strong leadership instincts and proven communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- High Voltage Electrical: 3 years (required)
